MCRC Welcomes New Assistant House Manager for 63 Washington

Midcoast Recovery Coalition is excited to announce the addition of a new assistant house manager for 63 Washington.

Kim Scott will join our team of dedicated managers.

Kim Scott has lived her whole life in Knox County.  She is the mother of two sons, and a very stubborn 14 year old dachshund.  Kim has battled with addiction for most of her life.  She graduated from UMA in 2018 with her BS in Health and Human Services and then went on to receive her certified drug and alcohol counselor license in 2020.  She worked with her sponsor over 5 years ago to try and bring Oxford Sober Houses to the midcoast.  Although this was never accomplished, a dream of someday working in a women’s sober house took hold.  Kim is honored to work with the Midcoast Recovery Coalition and is looking forward to this new adventure.  Kim loves to go to the beach, music, dogs and being creative.

Welcome Kim!
