As part of the Mid-Coast Recovery Coalition’s (MCRC) ongoing effort to inform and involve the community in regard to the new women’s recovery house in Camden, the third public meeting in a series of meetings will be held at the Chestnut Street Baptist Church in Camden on January 24 from 6 to 8 PM.
Previous meetings were held on December 12th and 20th, the second of which was facilitated by Peggy Smith, a certified trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication, with over four decades at the forefront of bringing empathic thinking and communicating to our region. The December 20th session cataloged the perspectives, concerns and prospective solutions of those in attendance.
